True Friends
True friends are what keep us going. True friends help us to learn more of ourselves. When we are down and fighting off trouble, it's the true friends that show up. It's our true friends that have a real interest in our welfare. Our true friends are there when we lose another. Our true friends are the ones that listen and show an interest in something that you love, but that they couldn't care less about. The real friends are the ones that we meet at 10-15, and are still our friends and know all our secrets at 60. Real friends are a necessity to life, and are not to be taken lightly. Without true friends, life would be an empty space of time that we spent on our own selfishness. When the storm hits, your friends shows up at your side. The real friends are the ones that pick up your gun and defend you, while at the same time rendering aid to their downed friend. Friend is a mutual relationship; friends realize that and know what to expect from you. In addition to them helping you, we should do all for our friends that we expect them to do for us. Friends are our brothers. Friends are forever.
